when editing a photo - photo will automatically rotate 90 degrees

After the latest updates, I noticed that after I edit a photo and hit save, the photo will automatically rotates 90 degrees.  Please fix this issue. Edit is done in Microsoft photos. Could this be a Microsoft issue? If so, please forward this issue to them.
