Alot of this depends on your budget. you can get a pretty good card for $140.00 to $150.00. or go for broke and spend $400.00. It's a choice , a good HD4770 is a nice mid range card , or if you can crossfire two HD5770s will work well , But you would need a 850Watt PSU , You never want to add a big card and not have enough power to run it .

Stick with the ,,, PCI-E X16-2.0 that will give you the best band width. You still did say weather that board can do crossfire?? Or does it have only one PCIE-16.2.0 slot??

Well I looked it up you only have a single PCIEX16.2.0 slot ?? sorry No crossfire. Let me look at Newegg and than I can make a recomdation in your price range that will work with your 450Watt PSU.

Here is a pretty good card that needs no extra power connections I have two of these , I bough for a crossfire set up but the board I was using will not do a software crossfire it needed a bridge which these cards don't have ,But as a single card they are great. Go to Newegg search part # N82E16814102930 ,.. It's a Saphire HD5570 1GB DDR3 Mem. ought to serve you well .
