Hello linai,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics crashing and giving you the Blue Screen of Death when you play games.
请注意,我只能用英语支持你。我使用网络翻译工具翻译了此回复,因此可能存在一些不准确的翻译。
Please answer the following questions, tounderstand the situation in a better way:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- Provide a list of games you have this issue with.
- Does it happen with old graphics driver versions?
- Download and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows to know your hardware and sofrware environment.

Hello linai,
Thank you for your clarification.
Since you mentioned you also have crash issues with other games, please open one thread per game, to help you in the best way and keep this thread organized.
I see that you provided us with a screenshot of the Intel® SSU, which helps a lot, but this tool generates a .txt file that has more information, please follow the steps below and attach the .txt file;
- Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save.
Also, take screenshots of the game settings, in case we need them to reproduce the issue.
Regards,
Andres P.

Hello linai,
Thank you for your response and for all the information provided.
I checked on the Intel® SSU that there are some pending updates, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Clean install the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Last week we released a new graphics driver, update it to version 31.0.101.5074. These two steps are important to check if the behavior changes.
- Update the BIOS to version 7D48vAD. For installation steps, contact MSI. This may improve the compatibility, performance and stability
