Hello MonLee,
Thank you for posting back in the Intel Communities. We understand that you are having trouble responding to the Intel Communities. We will try to contact you via your account-associated email. As a second option in case you still can't reply to the communities.
But first, we would like to let you know that our support is only provided in English. To better assist you, we use a translation tool; hence, the translation may not be completely accurate.
Based on your original thread, we understand that you received the reports that the ARC A730M graphics card shows that Re-BAR is not supported under the new version of the driver. So we would like to request you the following information to better help you:
- Did you make sure the Resizable Bar option is enabled in the BIOS?
- Run and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU). You can find the steps on the link, How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows to know your hardware and software environment.
- Is it possible for you to send a screenshot of the graphics control panel showing that the resizable bar is not supported?
- Check with a 3rd party application such as GPU-Z and see if the application report ReBAR is enabled.
Best regards
Jean O.

Hello MonLee,
Based on our private conversation, we informed you that we have tested the issue internally, and we have been able to have the system working as expected, Resizesable BAR showed as enabled in the Intel Arc Control Software. We used the latest BIOS and driver 31.0.101.4575 (the latest Driver version included in the driver pack for this laptop model), so we recommend you perform a clean install of the driver and BIOS to the latest and then enable the Re-Size BAR.
We will now proceed to close this thread. If you need any additional information, submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Jean O.
