Please attempt to update the driver using the latest version 32.0.101.6793 (NON WHQL) with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).

 

If the issue persists, I would highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
  2. Click Scan.
  3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  4. Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

This computer motherboard model stopped updating BIOS versions several years ago, and I don't understand this knowledge. Version 6299 is working fine and I haven't tried any other driver versions. I felt it was a bit troublesome, so I didn't try it. I'm no longer paying attention to this issue. Thank you

Hello zbzwa,

 

I recommend performing a clean installation of the graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and updating to the latest driver version 32.0.101.6793. This is important as the SSU log report indicates you are currently using version 32.0.101.6790. In addition try to update your motherboard BIOS to its latest version as your current BIOS is outdated, you may contact your motherboard manufacturer for additional assistance and used this version F5/Jan,2024-H410M S2 V2 (rev. 1.0) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global.

Hello zbzwa,


I truly understand that our motherboard manufacturer already stopped releasing BIOS firmware. However, based on the SSU log file you submitted, the current BIOS version installed is F2, while your motherboard manufacturer download page, still have the version F5. If you can, please contact your motherboard manufacturer support team to get help in updating the firmware. After that, you may proceed with updating the graphics driver (32.0.101.6793), we provided from the previous post, since we already do not have the version 6299.


By the way, is the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics (16GB) you have an Intel branded GPU?
