Hi Peakmu,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would need to further check what is causing the behavior that you are experiencing. Kindly provide the following information that will help us to do this:
1. Have you already tried to install the latest driver, 32.0.101.6078? If you have not tried to install the latest driver, kindly install it using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) that can be found here, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html.
2. For performance issues, I would like to ask your cooperation to provide CapFrameX capture data. You can find the instructions on this page, just scroll to the “Performance Issues” section.
3. Kindly provide screenshots of your graphics settings
4. Please provide a video capturing the problem.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,

Hello, I have the same problem. In every game, it drops to 5 fps for 1-2 seconds and returns to normal, and it becomes annoying at critical points. I am also using Intel Arc 750 and using the latest WHQL Certified Driver. I'd be happy to help you. And Due to This Error, I Updated All Drivers, But I Updated the Same New Arc 750 Driver, However, When the Control Panel Error Occurred, I Reverted to the Previous WHQL Update and It Gave the Same Error.
Sorry if there are any spelling errors, I am translating from Turkish to English with Google Translate.
