ARC B580 显卡使用 DP 线连接 AOC U27U2D 显示器，在 WIN11 下会花屏，打开 HDR 就不会

使用 HDMI 线可以正常显示，使用 DP 线关闭 HDR 会出现花屏，打开 HDR 正常
