Hello BasilTi,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We would be more than glad to help you with the artifacting issues while playing. However, it would be important to mention that we recommend reporting one issue per thread, so we will assist you with the Cyberpunk game, and we invite you to open a new thread for the other games.
To better assist you, we would like to ask for the following:
- When did the issue started?
- Was there another Graphics card before you installed the Intel Arc A770 Graphics Card?
- Is Smart Access Memory (Rezisable BAR) enabled?
- What steps have you tried to solve this issue?
- Is this issue only present while gaming or is it present on other applications?
Best regards

thank you for answering me.
The problem arose gradually, it seems to me
I also updated the bios
the other video card was amd RX 480 8gb (installed it back to check with complete removal and reinstallation of the driver) there were no distortions in games.
Rezisable BAR enabled.
I tried setting the game settings to minimum
but it did not help.
The problem is only in games
please watch the video at the link to the other two games
It seems to me that the problem is not in Cyberpunk
maybe Intel Arc A770 is not compatible with my system?
Or should I take the video card to a service center?
I'm thinking of buying an i5 13400 processor and a motherboard,
but if it doesn't help then it will be a waste of money...
thanks in advance
Sorry, I'm writing through Google Translate

looks like a driver update gone wrong, looking at your videos...
Use DDU in Safemode (!) and reinstall latest Beta driver

Hello BasilTi,
Thank you for the information you have provided. We understand that the issue is not in Cyberpunk, however, in your first post you shared a screenshot of graphical issues in that particular game title and we believed that the game was part of the affected game list. It would be important to mention that the original videos you shared are unavailable, but the new ones are working fine.
About your concern about the compatibility with your system, we would like to let you know that Intel Recommends using AMD Ryzen™ 3000 series Processors (excludes AMD 3000G-series Processors) with AMD 500 Series motherboard, or newer systems to get the best performance from your Intel® Arc™ Graphics card. However, additional platforms/motherboards not listed below and with Resizable BAR / Smart Access Memory enabled may also support Intel® Arc™ A-Series graphics. You can take a look at the system requirements for the Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics in our article Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics – Desktop Quick Start Guide.
We also see that you have tested multiple solutions for this matter but the issue remains. However, it seems that you have not been able to test the new driver 31.0.101.5074. So we would like to recommend you run the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) once again to freshly install the latest graphics driver.
Finally, we would like to recommend you update the Operating System. Based on the system report, we noticed that your Operating System build version is 22621, while the latest version is 22631. We recommend you update your Operating system to have the latest patches and fixes included with the latest Build.
Best regards

Hello BasilTi,
We are jumping into your thread to see if you have been able to try installing the new driver 31.0.101.5074 and updating the Operating System build to version 22631. Let us know if the issue remains.
Best regards

Hello
I did everything as you said, but nothing helped.
The video card did not pass testing in the OCCT application
took it to a service center for diagnostics

Hello BasilTi,
We understand that you started an OCCT application test, but it failed, so you decided to take the card to a service center for diagnostics. Since you have sent the card to a service center and you may not be able to proceed with further troubleshooting recommendations, we will proceed to close this thread. If the service center determines that there is an issue with the graphics card, we can continue assisting you. If you need additional assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards
