In order to help with this issue, please let me know the following information: 

• Run the Intel® System Support Utility and provide us with the log file. 
• Where did you download the game from? (EPIC, Steam, Ubisoft Launcher) 
• Please share a screenshot or short video showing the issue. 
• Please share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings(in English)
• Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?
