I have some custom color settings set in the Intel control center, they work properly when I turn on my PC, but as soon as the Arc control app starts, they get reset. I tried changing Arc control color settings, but they still get reset after boot (slider values remain on custom, but the colors are default). In both cases i have to change the sliders by one point and then return the value to the previous one for the colors to return to normal.

Hello Remlin379,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- What is the monitor make and model?
- Did you noticed if the issue started after an update or change? if so, what was the change?
Regards,

My monitor is Acer KG251QDBMIIPX
The issue happened like that:
I had the colors set in GCC, then after arc control update they started to reset every time the pc was shut down.
Then I set the colors in Arc control and the issue was solved
Then I updated the drivers and Arc control and now, while GCC holds the settings, when Arc control finally starts they get reset.
It would be one thing if the settings were reset to default, but they aren't. The slider values remain correct, while the colors return to default - not aligning with the sliders. Exitting the Arc controls and starting it again also resets the colors

Hello Remlin379,
Thank you for your response, all the information provided has been really helpful.
Please answer the following questions a let me know the results:
- Does this happen with other monitors or TVs?
- Clean install graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4644 with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Uninstall Intel® Arc™ Control, and keep Intel® Graphics Command Center and then try the other way around. This is to check if the behavior changes
Let me know the results you have in every step.
Regards,
Andres P.

- It does also happen on the second monitor - i change the colors in GCC to extreme then restart Arc control and they return to default
- I installed this version after using DDU already - I tried because of this exact issue
- I had only Arc control installed when this occured, then I installed GCC to try if it would also happen with it, then I uninstalled both and used DDU if i remember correctly. Also, it would be nice to have the Arc control installer separated from the driver as well as integrated with GCC but it's just a suggestion.
Also, modifying the values of the second monitor doesn't "reset" the first monitor to the correct (slider set) values.

Unfortunately I will have to create more work for you guys, because it's still broken.
Sure if I set the vividness in arc control it will hold.
But when I do it in the Intel Graphic Control Center then it will still reset every time the arc control is started.
So I would say the error still persists but it's partially fixed.
Also, can't you have normal driver update procedure? Why only Intel requires DDU each time someone updates a driver? Maybe integrate it into arc control or something?

Hello Remlin! are you still seeing this issue with driver 32.0.101.5768? Please perform a DDU, then install driver 5768. I tried it and I'm not seeing the settings getting reset.
You can find the driver in this link

Hi Felipe,
I'm unable to execute the driver. Please confirm me that should I turn off the wifi while installing. Another I like to mention is that I'm using the 32 bit version of windows, or it can be due to this? I'm unsure about this.

Hi Evaelfie
Our driver is for 64-bit Windows only. You can see the supported version in the release notes. This is why you can't execute the installer.

Hello. We wanted to inform you that this issue is no longer seen with the new Intel Graphics Software, included in driver 32.0.101.6325/32.0.101.101.6252. Please install this or a newer driver.
