Hi,
I have some problems with my new intel arc b580. I am getting bad performance drops in different games:
1. MInecraft, settings 12 chunks renderdistance, high settings
Perfomance only 40 to 70 fps with drops to 30 fps
2. Fortnite mid. to epic setting
I have very bad stutters and drops when moving
With my former graphics card (nvidia geforce RTX 3050) I didn't had any problems
My SSU file is attached
Do you have any suggestions of how to fix the problem?
Greetings David

Check if Resizable BAR is enable. Its a feature that should enable in your MB BIOS. If it is enable you should see as follows:

Hi Rhade,
Thank you for the suggestion.
Resizable BAR was in fact disabled, but when I enabled it, I only got a minimal boost.
For reference, with my old card, I got a stable 200 fps in Minecraft.
I also attach a screenshot from Minecraft.
Do you have any other suggestions that could get me better performance?
Greetings, David.

Hello hi400o,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you are having bad performance while playing Fortnite and Minecraft with your new Intel Arc B580.
Upon checking the SSU Provided, it seems that your Graphics Driver is outdated. With that being said, I highly suggest for you to download the latest graphics driver, 32.0.101.6458. Kindly perform a Clean Installation when updating your driver to avoid any inconsistencies or errors.
If the issue persists with the new driver, kindly let me know.
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

Hi Robby,
Here are my answers to your questions.
I use the normal Minecraft launcher, but in other launchers, there is the same error.
I use no mods. I tried some performance mods like Sodium, but that sadly didn't help.

Sorry that I didn't inform you, but the Fortnite error is fixed after enabling the resizable bar.
I hope this helps you figure out the issues with my graphics card.

Hello hi400o,
Thank you for your prompt response!
Since you've been encountering errors on other launchers in Minecraft, may I know what other Launchers you've been using?
Also, I am glad that with enabling Resizable BAR, the issue with Fortnite has been resolved.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

Hi Robbie,
Thank you for your quick response.
I use a lot of Minecraft launchers:
For modpacks, I use CurseForge and ATLauncher.
For PVP servers (Hypixel), I use the Feather client.
For survival, I also use atLauncher.
For the testing, I used the normal Minecraft launcher because
I want to prevent other issues from launchers.
Greetings,
hi400o

Hello hi400o,
Thank you for patiently waiting. In Minecraft Java Edition, please disable the following modifications if it is used, and deactivate the shaders to ensure smooth performance during the longevity of the playthrough:
- Complementary Reimagined
- MakeUp - Ultra Fast
- Rethinking Voxels
- Miniature Shader
- Solas Shader
If the issue persists and if you have further questions, kindly let me know.
Best Regards,

Hello hi400o,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Please see the simulation that was conducted with the same Processor (Core i5-14400) and Graphics Card (B580) with the latest driver installed, 32.0.101.6259. Upon checking, it seems that the FPS drops or low FPS count is unobservable.
You may see the simulation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mezWax40HRE
Kindly check the said video and please advise if there are any missing steps that were needed.
Best Regards,
Robbie R.
