From my own testing I could get PoE 2 to 120+ in DX12 mode, XeSS is not supported in VK as far as I can tell.
60+ is even easier, even with GI set to on, although certain tilesets are more demanding than others.
Both Alchemist and Battlemage seems to be very sensitive to what CPU you have, so I don't know how my 7700X with B580 stacks up to your CPU+B580 combos.
Also generally it is probably more reasonably to go for 1/2 Vsync or Full Vsync rather than an arbitrary number like 100 FPS.

Hey,
I appreciate your effort in your testing sheet.
But here i clearly have to contradict.
I am in the same situation the other two. I am on a 7700k, 16 GB RAM and upgraded 1080 to B580 (and modified bios and rebar is enabled)
I dont know how you tested the fps, but I assume it was in the campaing/in a hub. I do get the fps you mention there as well.
But in juiced endgame maps my fps drop to below 20, with the 1080 it was never under 40 - and on the 1080 i was playing on high graphics preset, on the b580 everything as low as possible, XeSS on performance.
And in those huge fps drop situation the gpu is at 99% usage while the cpu is ~30%.
In all other games I have noticed a huge performance boost, at least when i am not in a cpu bottle neck. But POE 2 is not optimized for battlemage nor vice versa - and that isnt a suprise as the GPU was released more or less the same time POE 2 went in EA.
