DOOM The Dark Ages, Arc A380, visual artifacts.

The game DOOM The Dark Ages and also Indiana Jones and The Great Circle uses same game engine and has same problem with dark/black shadows.

No glitches on Nvidia. Both cards dont use raytracing in those games, but Arc is making problems for unknown reason.

I fixed time ago black shadows in Indiana Jones on my Arc A380 by forcing raytraycing ON via exe patch, but DOOM uses denuvo and the patch is questionable to make for a year of more.

Also the problem can be related to highter vram usage on Arc GPU. Because black shadows also appeared on mobile rtx 3050 4gb people said.

• When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
• Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

1. It appears during regular gameplay and cutscenes, menus are fine.
2. The problem not related to game versions or driver version. The issue 100% persist in drivers from 101.6319, (101.6449 i personally tested Indiana Jones) to 6790 doom the dark ages release game version tested by other person on youtube.
3. Yes i use DDU to unistall and instalate new drivers.
4. I tested Indiana Jones steam version with all patches etc.

Archie D. i updated the driver. That was old ssu report, but the problem still persist in driver 32.0.101.6793, previous driver unistalled using DDU.

The game runs at 60-70 fps at 720p, but with visual artifacts. the driver 32.0.101.6793!

Just run the game Doom The Dark Ages on Arc A380 in the Intel lab and check for black shadows.

The only known way to fix this is to force the game use raytraced shadows via exe hack/patch.

Yes i tried clean installation. SSU is a bit faking the data. My RAM voltage is 1.3 v for 3600 frequency and CPU is cecond generation pinnacle ridge zen+ variant. Rebar is ON! PCIe 3.0.
