Hello modx,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are having game crashes.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Does the issue occur on a specific game stage?
- Is the issue present on different drivers?
- Are you running the latest game version?
- What is the game distribution service? ( Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft connect)?
- Provide us with a video showing the issue behavior, as well as the game settings you use.
Also, we recommend you open different threads for each issue you are experiencing. This will help us void confusion and duplicate efforts.
Best regards,
Jean O.

OK. I'll just focus on Monster Hunter Rise on this thread then. I'll open another one for DFO
- The game crashed twice on the Frost Island map. Today, it crashed when I tried to exit the game
- Same driver
- Yes, latest game version
- Steam
- The crash only happened when I tried to exit the game. I have a video on the game settings and a screen shot of the crash

Hello modx,
Thanks for the information provided.
Perform a clean installation of the latest production driver, 31.0.101.4091. Not that for the most stable experience, you should use the fully validated production releases. Corrupted files from previous installations of drivers can linger on a system which can cause driver updates to not work as expected.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Re-install the stable driver seems to help. Going to do more tests and see.

Played 4 games, crashed once. Map is Lava Caverns, fighting Pyre Rakna-Kadaki. The screen freezes and I had to force quit the game.
I did changed the FPS cap from 60 to 90

Hello modx
We appreciate your response.
There is a new driver available. Could you try installing driver 31.0.101.4146?
Also, if possible, test with another Graphics card.
Best regards,
Jean O.

I dropped the frame rate cap to 60 and with the new drivers, I did not get another crash as of today.
