Desktop Freezing - black screens and blue screen

latest driver getting random black screens on all monitors.  mouse freezes and then all screens go black then normaly come back.  this time about the 5th time its happened today it froze then blue screen.  

This only happens when on desktop browsing the web

Arc Control sometimes loses its ability to check for updates. There are already about a dozen threads on this topic, and it still hasn't been resolved. The usual recommendation is to uninstall using DDU in safe mode and then install the latest version after rebooting. Personally, I find that DSA works better in this regard. Additionally, Windows Update occasionally downgrades drivers mistakenly, so it's worth keeping an eye on that as well. If you don't mind, could you also check if all TDR values are correctly set in your system registry? You can refer to this MSDN article for more details. If the issue persists, I recommend uploading a memory dump to OneDrive (or a similar service), and ensure it's at least an "Active Memory Dump."

im not using arc control.  i have latest drivers.  drivers from a month or so ago now dont have arc control.

i did ddu again and installed drivers again so far so good. ill update if it happens again

i had manually disable all audio devices from my monitors because when changing adaptive sync on and off windows kept changing my audio device.

yesterday i enabled all audio devices on monitors that are connected to arc card and i havent had a blank yet. so possibly a bug tied to intel gpu audio.

ill update if that changes.
