Hi Hemingway,

Thank you for posting in the Community.

To better assist you, I would appreciate if you could provide the following information:

  1. System Support Utility (SSU) Report: This report will give me detailed insights into your system's configuration, which is crucial for diagnosing the issue. Here are the steps to generate the SSU report:
  • Download the Intel SSU Tool: Visit the Intel Download Center and download the Intel System Support Utility for Windows from this link.
  • Install the SSU Tool: Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the tool on your computer.
  • Run the SSU Tool: Open the Intel System Support Utility by searching for "Intel SSU" in the Start menu and selecting the application.
  • Scan Your System: Click on "Scan" to start analyzing your system.
  • Save the Report: Click on "Save" to generate a report and choose a location on your computer to save the file.
  • Attach the Report: Locate the saved report file and attach it to your email response.
  1. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Have you attempted any solutions to address this issue? For example, checking cable connections, updating drivers, or adjusting display settings? Knowing what you've tried will help me avoid redundant steps and focus on new solutions.
  2. Previous Functionality: Was your display previously working with Intel graphics, or is this a new issue that has arisen? Understanding the history can help pinpoint whether recent changes might have affected the setup.
  3. Display Model: Could you please provide the model of the display you are using? This information will help me determine compatibility and any specific settings that might be required.
  4. Clean Installation of Graphics Driver: If possible, I recommend performing a clean installation of the Intel graphics driver. This can help resolve any conflicts or issues with the current driver setup. You can follow the instructions provided in this Intel support article to perform a clean installation.
  5. Latest Driver Update: Additionally, you may want to check for the latest Intel graphics driver available for your system. You can find and download the latest driver version Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Windows Driver.

Additionally, I recommend checking with your laptop's original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for any specific guidance or updates related to your system's graphics configuration. They may have tailored drivers or settings that could be beneficial.

Best regards,
