Edge and youtube

When I use the edge browser, my normal screen flashes

This problem is caused by two recent drives

ENV : 9950X + B580 + 180 refresh rate display

To get a better understanding of the issue, kindly provide the following details below that may help isolate the issue and for me to provide an appropriate resolution.

1) Is your PC newly built with an out-of-the-box issue or was it previously working fine before the issue started?

2) If previously working, what changes has been made before the issue.

3) What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

4) Please provide your system configuration so I can check and see if we have components that may have caused the issue. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

• Scan: Check the box Everything.
• Click Scan.
• Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
• Click Save (.txt). Attach the file as you reply.

5) Please share a short video showing the issue.
