GPU driver problem

since i update my gpu drivers to 32.0.101.6314 my computer became slow and laggy. please help .

GPU- ARC A750
CPU- Ryzen5 7600

Thank you for posting in the community, to further investigate your situation I want to ask few questions with regards to your current situation:


  1. Did you perform a clean installation of the graphics driver?
  2. What was your previous graphics driver?
  3. Can you describe more about how your computer has become laggy and slow?
  4. Have you tried rolling back to older drivers for isolation?
  5. Is this the first time it has happened, or does it occur with every driver update?
  6. Have you checked whether your monitor's refresh rate is at its maximum hertz? Also, please let me know the exact model of your monitor.
  7. Does your Rebar is enabled and CSM disabled on your bios?


Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information.
