I'm using computer perfomance
CPU:Core i7-9700K
Memory:32GB(DDR4-3200)
GPU:ARC A380 6GB(SPARKLE)
I was watching a review video on YouTube,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiimZZbtYEs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ir3S_hTe40w
↑So look like can play comfortably with「i3 12000F + A380」
But my computer looks like playing runs slowly(Lowest quality at 30 FPS)
I thought the CPU power was almost the same,
so what could be causing this?

I tried playing「DeltaForce」too,
and it was surprisingly smooth.(normal quality setting)
What I'm trying to say is,
I don't think it's a GPU failure...

You do not meet the minimum hardware requirements for arc:

Hi meruruto,
Thank you for posting in our Community. I appreciate the effort you’ve put into comparing the performance results. It really helps me narrow down the possible causes. Your setup with the Core i7-9700K and ARC A380 should indeed be capable of running GTA V Enhanced at a smoother frame rate, especially since you’ve already confirmed that other games like Delta Force perform normally. This suggests the GPU is likely functioning correctly, and the issue may be related to software, driver configuration, or in-game settings.
To help me better isolate the cause, could you please confirm the following:
- Are you running GTA V Enhanced through DirectX 11 or DirectX 12 mode?
 - Have you installed the latest Intel® Arc Graphics driver directly from Intel’s website (not just Windows Update)?
 - Could you share your in-game graphics settings (resolution, anti-aliasing, VSync, etc.)?
 - Do you have any background applications running (like recording, overlay, or monitoring tools) while gaming?

I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.
Additionally, if you have done any other tests, please let me know the details so we don't cover the same ground twice.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.
