Hello RigoLigo,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information below:

1) Did the problem arise the first time you played the game after installation, or has it started happening only recently?

2) Where did you obtain the game (Steam, Epic, etc.)?

3) Have you tried re-installing the latest driver (ver. 32.0.101.6881 (WHQL Certified)) using the DDU in safe mode? Follow this link for instructions.

4) Please share a screenshot of your game settings.

5) Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

6) Also provide your monitor make & model and include the specifications link, if possible, to ensure pulling up the correct information.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.
