Graphics Crashing

Recently built a system around the Intel Arc A770 graphics card, but for the life of me I can't get it to work stably. At first I thought it was thermal crashes, but after switching between a lower temp AMD system and the Intel 13700k system, still get crashes mid benchmark/game. System specs below:

AMD:

Ryzen 7 5600g/Ryzen 9 3900x

Gigabyte B550i Aorus pro AX

64gb DDR4 3600MHz ram

1tb Samsung 970 evo plus OS drive

Intel:

I7 13700k stock clock/max wattage 250w

Gigabyte B760i Aorus Pro DDR4

64gb DDR4 3600MHz ram

1tb Samsung 970 evo plus OS drive

all bundled in the Phanteks shift XT case with the Lian Li galahad 240mm AIO. using all stock options for graphics and CPU. Using the XMP for the ram. I'm at a loss here for figuring out why my system keeps crashing/rebooting.

To address the stability issues with your Intel Arc A770 graphics card, it's important to check if you're using a straight cable without adapters or docking stations and provide details about the games and benchmarks tested. Enabling Resizable Bar in the BIOS and installing the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) for a detailed system report can help identify potential conflicts. Additionally, avoid overclocking and keep settings at stock levels to ensure stability. If you encounter driver crashes or black screens with a second monitor, try using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and reinstalling driver version 31.0.101.4369.

Thank you, I will proceed with an RMA request.  I am however in the middle of a move and will (if accepted) start the process after settling.  Thank you for all the help prior and hope to see great things from the development of Arc graphics!
