Indiana Jones and the Big Circle Update 3

good day, I have already received Indiana Jones and The Big Circle and has already implemented Intel XeSS 1.3, And I want to make it clear, This game gives me the option to activate Patch Tracing, at least I should play Full patch tracing at 70 FPS in 1440p we go 2K, Because the technical support of Indiana Jones And the Big Circle, says to take advantage of the performance and enjoy Patch Tracing I must contact 16GB of VRAM, as my Intel Arc A770 graphic is the 16GB version, because it should activate Patch Tracing Full RT and 1440p for medium or maximum play 70 FPS AND the minimum descent 63 FPS

They are suggestions that next Intel arc driver update should support for that game, I must make it clear that you give it cane

1. Drivers para Indiana Jones and the Big Circle with support Intel XeSS 1.3
2. 1080p and 1440p performance improvements, both 25%.
3.Stability and crashing.

Good morning, I also have a problem with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle does not let me activate patch tracing, the game crashes, it closes, And to play full patch tracing I need a graphics card that has 12GB of VRAM, And my Intel Arc A770 graphics card is 16GB LE, To activate Patch Tracing in high quality I need, as I told you, 12GB of VRAM, And my Intel Arc A770 graphics card has 16GB LE, That is to say, I should move Supreme game quality, that is, maximum Patch Tracing at high 1440p upscaling

My Intel Arc A770 graphics card has to be 16GB LE version, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle technical support already told me, I should run in high XeSS balanced upscaling at 1440p, that is, 2K at 55 to 60 FPS, If I want to play stable I should at least run XeSS balanced 65 to 70 FPS, Summary Intel Arc A770 16GB LE should run in supreme quality with Intel XeSS plus quality activated with high patch tracing 55 to 60 FPS, If I want to get better FPS I should put balanced 1440p with supreme quality XeSS balanced 1440p 65 to 70 FPS, That's what Indiana Jones and the Great Circle technical support says

Path Tracing Support for AMD and Intel Graphics Cards
This update brings Path Tracing to supported Intel and AMD GPUs. To use Path Tracing, your Intel or AMD graphics card must support hardware ray tracing and have at least 16GB of VRAM. Be sure to download the latest drivers from your GPU manufacturer! Please note that in locations with heavy vegetation, such as Sukhothai, reducing the vegetation animation quality below the "Ultra" setting may reduce the occasional shadow "jumping" that may be seen on all graphics cards that use Path Tracing.

Good evening, is there any news about the performance and crashing issue when you activate ray tracing or patch tracing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle? Let's see if I get any news and what agreement we have reached.

Hi addelucas123

To assist us in addressing the problem effectively, could you please provide the following information?

  1. Error Message: Is there any error message displayed when the game crashes? If so, please share the exact message.
  2. Platform and Service: Where are you playing the game, and which digital distribution service are you using (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store)?
  3. Game Settings: If possible, could you obtain a screenshot of the game settings? This will help us attempt to replicate the issue on our end.
  4. Crash Timing: Does the crashing occur during gameplay, when launching the game, or does it happen regardless of the situation?

Your cooperation in providing these details will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

Best,

Good morning, I'm going to say as precisely as possible the problem I'm having with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. The same thing happens to 90% of the players who have Intel Arc. When you activate Patch Tracing, 90% crashes. Because I saw a video, yes, and the other competition, NVIDIA or AMD, doesn't have that problem, that is, it allows you to change the configuration without problems. Now, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Technical support for that video game that my graphics card is Intel Arc A770 16GB LE. It should be able to enable high quality Patch Tracing without going ultra, which has patch tracing 2560x1440p upscaling Intel XeSS balanced, it should run above 60 FPS for its 16GB of VRAM, It is a very demanding and demanding game for that gpu ok I understand, but my Intel Arc A770 LE 16GB GPU is a bit of an enthusiast range, it can perfectly surpass RTX 4060 Ti 16GB or at the same level, Technical support has implemented XeSS because I told him my suggestion and with much love he already told me, That he implemented XeSS 1.2, He clearly told me that it will improve performance in terms of ray tracing and some bugs that the game has, But technical support clearly told me, Intel must do its part to provide driver support for that game and to be able to activate the technology we cannot try to force it to fix it or to make an agreement, This works for most of the graphics up to an Intel Arc A380 6GB they told me with the low configuration under 1280x720 XeSS quality gets 30 to 40 FPS, They already told me, No graphics card that has 6GB of VRAM is capable of running the game, But thanks to Intel with its Arc A380 it has managed to run that graphic card for the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game, that is what it told me. We, for our part, inform you to contact Intel so that they can support that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game and correct the problem that you are having. Why does that error appear? The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle technical support informs that they are drivers and that they still need to provide support for 100% functions.

1. Error Message: Error Failed to allocate video memory
Total allocated: 10540.996 MiB
Tried to allocate: 4294967296 B (4096.000 MiB)

2. Platform and Service: Steam Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

3. Game Settings: Supreme

4. Crash Timing: When switching to path tracing settings in the game menu crashes

1. Intel Arc A770 16GB LE

Drivers Fully Updated Latest Version 32.0.101.6632

2. General Computer Hardware and BIOS Drivers Fully Updated

3. Windows 11 PRO 64 Bits Fully Updated 24H2

Hi addelucas123

This is noted. Additionally, may I request the SSU log report? I am currently investigating this issue and will replicate the games on our end to determine what we can do. I will post an update here once we have the system overview and have completed the investigation.

Good morning, I'm going to tell you sincerely, I don't want you to say nonsense, either internal or external, whether it's a problem with my computer, or a Windows problem, etc. The computer works perfectly, and what's happening is practically the drivers that still haven't given support or there's a problem with the drivers that must be corrected by the next update, that thing. Don't say otherwise because I'm going to get angry and it'll be worse. I'm still pending on the performance and the crash, and not just the Indiana Jones game. I'm still pending on the other games, keep that in mind.

Greetings

David
