Hey there,
Just looking into an ongoing issue with this card. I play Star citizen and it runs pretty great, but randomly the card will turn off both monitors, sometimes there's no sound and sometimes there's a constant buzzing or freezing sound until I restart the computer.
I tried downgrading and multiple drivers using DDU but still seems to be happening.
I did a memory check - no issues came up
Windows is up to date
My RX580 card seems to have no issues when I swap it out, though the game runs horribly.
The CPU is a Ryzen 7 5800X
Temperatures seem to be fine, and power usage isn't peaking.
I attached the file using the Intel SSU.
If anyone can look into this and let me know if I need to reply on anything else.
I run the game on DX11 as Vulkan always crashes.
Thanks
