low FPS problem with the Intel Arc A750 graphics card system

My processor is Ryzen 5 5500

8*2 = 16 GB RAM

The M.2 SSD

600 Watt PSU

CS2 and PUBG games have low FPS and drop issues in ReSize BAR or something open I just have trouble in this and similar games RDR2 or Death Stranding style games I expect 0 drop supports in full settings.
