Hello, I didn't have a problem with the temperatures when they first bought the card, that is about 2-3 months ago. Everything is normal so far, but since last week, I have observed an abnormal situation in temperatures. I am attaching relevant photos please take a look..
According to you, the temperature limit may be 90, but this directly affects the life of the card and examine the difference in the images, help me solve this problem.
and if possible I would like Robert Q. to assist me in solving my problem.

Hello mtanhan,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Unfortunately, Robert will not be able to assist you regarding this matter; however, I would be more than glad to help you.
As you mentioned the temperature threshold is 90°C. Every temperature lower than 90° is considered expected and will not damage nor affect the life span of your graphics adapter. Nevertheless, for overheating problems, we recommend the following:
- Check air ventilation for an evacuated system configuration (fans blowing outward and inward), and ensure proper inlet venting.
- Make sure Resizable BAR is enabled.
- Update BIOS to the latest version.
- If you have performed any overclocking to the graphics card, please undo the changes and test again.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello mtanhan,
We wanted to jump in the thread to remind you that the very temperature lower than 90° is considered expected and will not damage your graphics card. We also wanted to know if you have been able to test the recommendations we shared in our previous posts.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello mtanhan,
We hope you are doing fine.
We have not heard back from you. So we will close this thread. Please note that, as we mentioned, the temperature threshold is 90°C, and every temperature lower than that is considered expected. If you need additional information, submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards.

hi, with the last update, when the temperature value reaches 78, the fan speed becomes 2000 rpm and the temperatures drop to 72's. I'm happy with these temperatures, but I wonder if the 2000 rpm speed will harm the fan of the video card?
