On a brand-new Windows 11 system with clean driver installations, I'm experiencing significant FPS variance in the Cyberpunk 2077 benchmark.
Running the same benchmark repeatedly with identical settings results in average FPS ranging from 40 to 69.
- Behavior:
- The first benchmark run after a system restart typically yields the highest FPS.
- Subsequent runs show a gradual decrease in performance.
- No other applications are running during these tests.
- System: New PC build, fresh Windows 11 install, latest Intel Arc drivers.
- Attached:
- ISSU report.
- Screenshots of benchmark results (including overclocked and standard settings).
- Note: While I do overclocking, the issue persists using standard overclocked card settings, as shown in the provided screenshots. The issue persists with non overclocked settings as well.
- Driver Version: 32.0.101.6734
Please investigate this significant performance inconsistency.

I have done some additional benchmarks with two older versions of drivers. The screenshots are attached with all versions in the screenshots. these were done with standard/ default clocks; no overclocking.

Hi Nosh,
I have a few additional questions regarding to your inquiry.
- Which digital distribution service you're using to play Cyberpunk 2077? Is it Steam, Epic Games, or another platform?
- Did the issue begin immediately with this newly built computer?
- Did you previously used a different brand of graphics card? If so, what was the make and model?
- Before the problem started, what was your FPS?
Best regards,
Earl E.
