Hello ThiReal
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites.
I would like to get more information so we can better understand the issue that you are experiencing when trying to play Guilty Gear Strive on your system, Could you please elaborate and let us know the exact symptoms you see when trying to play the game? I see from the screenshot the title screen is showing but the GPU load and activity in 0% so we would like to know exactly what is going on when you took the screenshot, is the game frozen, or lagging?
Along with the details of the issue, we would also like to get the details of your hardware and driver configurations including the model of the GPU, so please create a log with the Intel® System Support Utility and share it with us.
Best Regards,

yeah the issues that im having with is the performance on the game seems very inconsistent i dont think the arc gpu is being used while in the game and its just using the igpu ive tried numerous things from disabling igpu uninstalling the igpu drivers using ddu but even then the performance is choppy not a stable 60 even when doing nothing in offline

Hello ThiReal
Thank you for clarifying the issue. I understand the main problem will be low performance in the game mainly due to the fact the GPU does not seem to be in use when playing Guilty Gear Strive. So in this case I see you tried disabling the iGPU, Did you do this through the device manager or BIOS? If not yet performed, I would advise you to directly disable the iGPU from BIOS to make sure the game only has access to the Arc Graphics. I see you have an ASUS motherboard, so you can check this link with screenshots where the option to enable/disable iGPU is located.
Once the iGPU is disabled along with the Arc Control overlay metrics I would suggest also checking the task manager performance tab to make sure only the Arc Graphics are being used.

Hello ThiReal
I wanted to check if you had the chance to try disabling the iGPU directly from BIOS and if there was any chance in the game behavior. Also, please let us know if you checked the task manager performance tab and confirmed the Arc GPU is the one being used when the game is opened.
In addition, I wanted to let you know there have been a couple of driver updates, so lease updates and test our latest driver 31.0.101.4887, and check if there are improvements in the game performance.

Hello ThiReal
I wanted to follow up on this, Did you have the chance to test Guilty Gear Strive with our latest driver after you disabled the iGPU on your system? Let us know if the performance improved or if you are still experiencing low performance on this game.
