Intel B580 Artifacting in Black Ops 6

ive encountered an issue with some severe artifacting in Black Ops 6 aswell as ARMA Reforger, as the video shows there is some severe artifacting and this follows into the game, another odd thing about it is when i alt tab out of the game and back in its resolved for about 2-5 secounds. 

I am unsure if this is a hardware issue or a driver issue.

Ive done DDU in safemode, tried several drivers, Rebar is on.

Any additional fixes would be appreciated.
