Hi, I just bought new pc last week. My pc spec is Intel ultra7 265, Asrock livemixer, Corsair 32GB, Kingston 1TB, Thermaltake 750W and Intel B580. I have problem with old game calls Yulgang Online. Most of the time, freezing on character loading screen. I cant do anything, only force close the game and try to login again several time. If the loading character success, I will be able to run around the map but when I start hitting monster. The game is always freezing at this stage. The game was released in 2005. It is MMORPG. Mostly, play multiple character on multiple tabs/windows. It more relies on CPU. It doesnt need high performance GPU. In fact, it even can run with 20-30fps. It just needs to be stable.
here are what I have tested
1. testing window 11 and window 10, problem occurs on both. now back to window11 24H2
2. tried reinstall the game several times, problem still occurs.
3. tried enable/disable resizable bar, problem occurs on both.
4. tried turn on/off game mode, problem occurs on both.
5. disable b580 in device manager and use ultra7 265 onboard GPU. The game run smooth. No freezing at all. However, only 800x600 resolution is available which is not native game resolution. Unable to play with many tabs because all rely on CPU.
6. enable b580 test running game at 800x600 and several other resolutions, problem still occurs.
7. B580 definitely have problem. Test older driver. download old driver as many as possible from intel download center and tested every versions. DDU used
-6913(latest) and 6881 are mostly freezing on character loading screen, always freezing when hitting and some random freezing.
-6877,6876,6874,6795,6793 and 6790 are mostly freezing on character loading screen, no freezing when hitting and still some random freezing.
-6739 and older are mostly freezing on character loading screen, no freezing when hitting, still some random freezing. text, number and some many info are corrupt
Currently, i install 6874 the most playable and newest with WHQL. However, still have problem above which is really annoying.
Anything else I could do? Will we have new working driver?

1. Is the issue isolated to Yulgang online?
2. Was this working fine before?
3. Are there any error messages or crash logs generated?
4. Kindly share the download link to the game.
5. If possible, please provide a short video clip showing the issue.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

1.So far only this game. Since I just bought this pc a week ago, so i havent tested other programs yet. I will use OBS and Davinci resolve on this pc as well which I already have seen some topic issue about B580 with these 2 programs.
2.No, it never works on this pc. I have played this game on several pc and laptop during 20 years. I never experience this problem before. Even now I do run this game on my old 2014 macbook pro. Even though, it have some lag but it never stuck or freezing.
3.I dont know much about crash logs but there is no error message. it is just freezing.
I am not with my pc right now so I wont be able to do video and SSU logs.

short video of freezing problem on driver version 6913 and 6881 attached
SSU attached I'm not sure how it work but i generate it after testing 3 version of driver (6913,6876,6739) represent 3 scenario problems
which i have explained already.
I cant put all freezing scenario in video because your maximum upload size is 23mb so the video is so short. I will try to record and edit the video. I may upload some more

1. Update your BIOS to the latest version 1.13
2. Adjust the graphics settings
3. Check if there are any patches or updates available
4. Enable Resizable BAR

Hi,
1. the game is old. There is nothing much on game setting. In fact, I tested it already and it is not related. You better download the game and check it by yourself
2. I follow the guide, ran those commands in command prompt as admin but there is no dump created.
3. I also have another problem video playback graphical glitches
I'm old and I'm not a computer guy. I bought both CPU and GPU from intel. It is 2 weeks already since i bought this pc and it doesnt work like it should be from the first day. I think this is too much already. I am a customer. I didnt pay money to do this work. I think, it is time for intel engineers to put some effort. Just download the game and test it in your lap. I already attached game download link as your request. Furthermore, There is a game call "scions of fate" which is actually the same game but in English. It is available on Steam. You may use it as a guide. I hope to see new driver that fix this problem soon

- Upgrade their graphics driver to the latest graphics driver version: 32.0.101.6972 (Latest)
- Open the game as an Administrator

6987 release today so i test it as well
I run the game as Administrator. They do not work. In fact, admin mode doesnt matter. 6972 and 6987 behave like 6913 and 6881. They are mostly freezing on character loading screen, some random freezing and always freezing when hitting monster ( always mean 100% test it 100 times it freeze 100 times) (100% unable to play)
Please answer these questions
1. What game did you actually test it? Scions of fate or Yulgang? even though they are similar but they are not exactly same. So you can use scions of fate as a guide but anyway you must test on Yulgang
2. Did you really create any character? not just launch the game.
3. Did you move character to hit any monster in game? 6987,6972,6913,6881 always freeze when hitting monster unlike 6877 and older.

I’m following up to share the results of our replication efforts. Kindly refer to the attached video for a visual demonstration.
Additionally, please find below our responses to the questions you previously raised.
1. Without the running the game using administrator, we can't create a character in Yulgang Online (I used the link that you provided) since I'm encountering the same issue.
2. We tried running the game using Administrator and we were able to create a character.
3. Something that was not added on the video is that we were able to explore the starting village and fight frogs on its outskirts.
Since the issue still persist, please be advised that we are currently investigating the possible causes of the issue and we will provide our best effort in addressing the issue since the issue is not isolated on Intel drivers.
