I understand that you are having issues with IDSA as it shows that your drivers are up to date. I would like to make a few recommendations to help you with this.
1. Untick the "WHQL Certified Updates" from the IDSA settings
2. Try scanning for updates again.
If the same issue still persists, please try the steps below.
1. Use the Microsoft Basic Display
2. While using the Microsoft Basic Display, try scanning for updates.
