Hello,
After installing new driver (32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262) I am facing some new problems. After restarting or starting my computer, IntelGraphicsSoftware.service seems to be operating in services, but Intel Graphics software does not. I tried running it manually, but it does not appear. After terminating the IntelGraphicsSoftware.service, I attempted to start the Intel Graphics program, it opens but no tuning choices were displayed. In addition, Intel Graphics software is enabled in the Startup options.
And yes I also tried clean reinstalling the new driver and rolling back to the prior one, but it did not help.
Also, I am experiencing decreased GPU performance in a game I tried months ago. Don't know what occurred. Getting bad performance in both the old and new games. Really fed up with this.
I have included some screenshots. Please assist me. My GPU reaches 50 degrees ideally when the fan is not spinning by default
My configuration:
Intel Core i5 12400
Sparkle Intel Arc A750
16 GB DDR4 Ram
Biostar B760MX-E D4 motherboard

Hi Nabeen,
We have released a new driver 32.0.101.6559 here: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
I suggest trying this driver and apply DDU and clean installation. Let me know if the issue still persists.
Best regards,

Hi Nabeen,
Thank you for posting in the Community.
I appreciate your effort sharing this information. But I will ask some question to know more about your inquiry,
Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer for any error logs related to the IntelGraphicsSoftware.service or the Intel Graphics software?
When you performed the clean reinstall of the new driver and rolled back to the prior one, did you use a tool like Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to ensure all remnants of the previous drivers were completely removed? Here's the link for reference: How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an...
What are the game titles you were referring that encountered low performance? Can you share a screenshot of the game settings as well?
Best regards,
Dean R.

No I didnt check windows event viewer for intel graphics software services. But, yes I used DDU and have always used whenever a new update got realesed. I always prefer clean installing removing previous files. Used ddu for clean installation, manually uninstalled some intel graphics softwares which came with previous driver version and execute a clean update process. Still, it is happening. I dont know.

I would like to add, this seems to happen after reciving the "unstable tuning" popup. After you get it you'll either be completely unable to open the IGS or the tuning tab will go missing.

Hi Nabeen,
I would like to clarify more detials regarding your concern:
- Primary Issue: Could you please confirm if the primary issue pertains to the missing Tuning (Beta) feature in the Intel® Graphics Software?
- Older Driver Version: Would it be possible for you to try using an older version of the graphics driver to see if the feature reappears?
- Previous Driver Version: Could you recall which previous driver version worked correctly for this feature?
Additionally, I wanted to inform you that the issue with the Intel® Graphics Software Performance Tuning (BETA) is a known problem. You may refer to the latest release notes for more information: (ReleaseNotes_101.6557_101.6262.pdf).
Hi djmrFunnyMan,
This is acknowledged as well however I suggest creating a new thread for this issue to avoid further confusions.

Primary issue is IGS is not opening despite enabling it in startup. IGS services are runinng in thr background but IGS software is not opening even if I tried to start it manually. I have to close the IGS services from taskbar and then I had to open IGS. It stats now but Tuning option is missing.
Yes thats Tuning(Beta). But it was ok for previous driver that released before the latest one. But after updating it to latest one I have this issue. Even I tried to rollback to the previous driver it is showing same problem. I have to note one thing I updated my windows 11 to 24H2 version. Is that could be the problem?

I was having the same trouble with any of the drivers since 6458 (WHQL) for my A770 (Acer Predator Bifrost). I was Waiting for the next WHQL drivers to see if it persisted... Well, with 6559, it was still a problem.
Uninstalling both the Predator Bifrost and Intel Software then running the latest DDU in Safe Mode to clean up then reinstalling Both Intel and the Predator Bifrost application seemed to resolve the issues. seems like a pain to have to do that for a driver update, but it did the trick.
I see you have a sparkle, so you won't have the Acer Predator Bifrost application, but you might have something from Sparkle? I don't think was the issue anyway. The Intel driver and software uninstall and the DDU cleanup and Intel reinstall I'm sure is what did it for me.

Hi Nabeen,
Could you please create a new thread for the FPS issue and share it with me? I'll close the current one once you do.
Also, please provide the CapFrameX results and let me know if the FPS issue started after the driver update or if it's been ongoing.
