Intel arcでパフォーマンスが出ない原因について

Intel arc A580を使ってますが、ゲームによって正常なパフォーマンスが出る場合と出ない場合が極端で、自分なりに色々調べてみたところ、VRAMのクロックがGDDR6にしては極端に遅い2000MHzに固定されていることに気づきました。NVIDIAのGTX1660superのGDDR6が5000MHzだったのにたいして2000MHzなので、VRAMのクロックの低さがボトルネックになっているのでは?と考えました。ドライバーの更新でVRAMのクロックを上昇させる、またはIntel graphics softwareにてVRAMのクロックを調整する機能を望みます。2000.jpg

  • Please provide the SSU log report so we can review your system information.
  • Have you tried performing a clean installation of the graphics driver using DDU before installing the latest driver version?
  • Any hardware and software changes made on the system?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?

 

This issue has been fixed in driver 32.0.101.6632. Install this or a newer driver and let me know if this work. You may also check this article: Intel® Graphics Software VRAM Performance Tuning Settings Not Working...

 

Once I have this information I will try to replicate the issue on my end. I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
