Hello,
I have an prob on MInecraft Java Edition. When i played the perfomance are verry good, more than 130 fps in 1080p maximum graphic with shader but at some point the FPS decrease and i had more little freezes and it became impossible to play. But the freezes/ screens freezes are on both my screen. It gets better when i close minecraft or when it crashes because "java doesn't respond". I try in vanilla with nothing and same problem. I don't understant.
I did DDU, unistall reinstalled Java and minecraft but the problem are still there.
I think it's link to java

Thank you for your time

Hello Espy,

Thank you for posting at Intel Community Forums

For me to properly address this concern, please share the following details:

1. Was this working fine before?

2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?

3.Does the issue happen only on the specific game?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

We hope to hear from you soon!

Hello Espy,

Thank you for responding.

Upon checking the SSU logs, the driver for the Intel Arc A770 is outdated. Please download the latest driver version using the link below and use DDU.

Download link for - Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

Steps on - How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver

In case the same issue persists, please attach a short video clip of the issue for me to have a wider view.

Have a good one and stay safe!

Hi Espy,

After coordinating with our team, I'd like to gather more information to further investigate the issue you are having. Please provide the information below.

1. Is the game you are playing available for direct download from Xbox?

2. Are you using any mods, could you try disabling them?

3. Could you deactivate the shaders to ensure smooth performance throughout the playthrough?

4. What version of Minecraft are you using?

I'm looking forward to your response!
