IntelARCB580显卡在巅峰急速游戏运行中导致游戏崩溃闪退

        巅峰急速是一款赛车游戏,当在游戏地图“榛名山”和“南海郡”中比赛时,在游戏设置中把画面调整为最低画质时可以正常运行,但是当把画面质量调整为中、高、极致时就会发生闪退。

        已进行的故障排查,

      1.重新安装WINDOWS11系统未解决上述问题。

      2.将CPU:12600KF+主板:铭瑄B760M终结者+内存:铭瑄瑷雪6400MhzC34 16G*2+硬盘:希捷firecuda530 2T.更换为CPU:9800X3D+主板:华硕B850-A吹雪+内存:威刚星刃6000MhzC28 16G*2+硬盘:三星990pro 1T.后未解决上述问题。

      3.移除独立显卡改用CPU核显在任何画质下均未发生崩溃闪退。

P.S:显卡为:铭瑄电竞之心ARC B580 12G

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information below:

 

1) Please share a short video clip showing the crashes occur when you adjust the graphics quality to Medium, High, and Extreme.

2) Please make sure that your graphics drivers is already the latest version 32.0.101.6737 (WHQL Certified). If not please proceed with a clean installation using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).

3) Share the graphics driver versions where you noticed the issue appears.

4) Please help check and confirm if my undersstanding is correct:

1. Original setup:

  • CPU: 12600KF + Motherboard: Mingxuan B760M Terminator + Memory: Mingxuan Aixue 6400MHZc34 16G*2+ HDD: Seagate FireCUDA530 2T. *With the Mingxuan E-sports Heart ARC B580 12G. (With issues?)

 

2. Replaced components for testing:

  • CPU: 9800X3D + Motherboard: ASUS B850-A Blowing Snow + Memory: ADATA Star Blade 6000MHZc28 16G*2+ HDD: Samsung 990Pro 1T. *Used with With the Mingxuan E-sports Heart ARC B580 12G (with issue?) and with onboard graphics (working fine)?
