League of Legends - cound not initialize graphics device

Hi I always encounter "could not initialize graphics device" on my a750 when I play League of Legends. There would be times that I can play without encountering it but randomly it happens. Sometimes I needed to restart my PC to reconnect to the game. Attached within is my system summary. Thank you.

 Please note that I am not playing in WeGame. I am using the Riot Client to play League

1.      Is the issue already resolved?

No, the issue still persists

2.      What steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue?

I have updated my drivers and unchecked the DX9 legacy mode of league of legends. Also I have put the game in high power mode in graphics settings.

Besides the information requested before please try the following steps and reply with the outcome:

·        Please perform a clean install of the latest driver, or the BETA driver using the DDU too. This is very important.

 

Also, please let us know the following:

1.      Is the card being overclocked?.

2.      Does this issue happen with the iGPU?

3.      Can you please provide us with videos or pictures of the issue?

4.      Does this issue happen in a specific zone of the game?

5.      Does this issue happen when you are performing a specific task?

6.      Is the resizable BAR enabled?

7.      Did this issue start after an update?

1.      Is the card being overclocked?.

No

2.      Does this issue happen with the iGPU?

There is no option of using the iGPU in graphics settings. The game runs with intel arc

3.      Can you please provide us with videos or pictures of the issue?

after clicking "ok" league is suspended and after closing all tabs, the game still wont start

4.      Does this issue happen in a specific zone of the game?

This happens when entering the game proper when exiting the client

5.      Does this issue happen when you are performing a specific task?

The issue happens randomly.  Sometimes you can play it at first but after some time the error occurs

6.      Is the resizable BAR enabled?

Yes

7.      Did this issue start after an update?

No. The computer is brand new

 

Additional info:

I have done the clean install but the issue still persists

Before we proceed with the assistance, please provide us with the following information:

 

  • Is this only present with the latest drivers? If you are using different drivers does this happen?
  • You said it is mostly random, but how often does it happen?

If you have this information, we can proceed with a Lab to see if we can reproduce this. For this, we will need the game settings, version, settings (graphical).
