Hello Arkid77,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the Intel Arc B580. Its great to hear that you've noticed an improvement in performance. Thank you as well for sharing your System Specifications.
To further investigate, please answer the following questions and provide additional details:
- Where do you experience the game stutters when playing Minecraft? Does it happen on specific scenarios? (Like flying, walking, mining, etc)
- Can you share what is your game settings?
- With Ray Tracing disabled, do you still experience the same issue?
- If possible, kindly take a video of the issue being encountered with Debug (F3) enabled on Minecraft
- Are you currently using Intel Graphics Software? Have you tweaked any settings there?
- Did you make recent changes on your system?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
I look forward to your response!

Hello Arctic777,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon further reviewing the information that you have provided, it seems that your BIOS is currently outdated. Please try to update your BIOS to the latest version. Kindly refer to MPG Z490 GAMING PLUS BIOS.
Lastly, I would like to confirm if you have Resizable Bar enabled in your BIOS. If not, please kindly enable the feature so that the performance of your Intel B580 Graphics Card can be used at its maximum potential.
For more information on enabling Re-Bar, please see Intel® Arc™ Graphics – Desktop Quick Start Guide. If you have further questions or clarifications, please let me know
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

Hello Arctic777,
I sincerely apologize for the confusion. Since the BIOS is updated to the latest version and Resizable Bar is enabled in the BIOS Settings, we would need to further investigate the issue being encountered.
Please answer the following questions:
- What is your windows power plan?
- What is your monitor's refresh rate and resolution?
- What is the Version of Minecraft Bedrock? Are there any installed texture packs?
- Does the stuttering happen only when enabling Ray Tracing or does it gradually get worse as you progress in the game?
- What PCIe slot is the Intel Arc B580 Graphics Card installed onto?
- Do you encounter the same stuttering on other games?
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

- The default balanced configuration.
- 75Hz, 1080p.
- As of my recent test was on yesterday's update 1.21.62. No, I'm using the default texture pack.
- Yes, performance is low only in Ray Tracing. No, running around the map it seems to stay at around 37-38 FPS.
- It's in the 1st/very top PCIe slot
- No, every other game/application I've tested has performed well compared to my old RX 6650 XT.

Hello Arctic777,
Thank you for answering the following questions and for sharing more information regarding your system.
To determine if this is related to the latest driver, I would like you to roll back to a previous version of Intel Arc Drivers. For this, please see How to Roll Back a Driver to a Previous Version in Window
- Kindly try the following Version:
- 32.0.101.6458_101.6257 WHQL Certified
- 32.0.101.6449_101.6256 WHQL Certified
While using the said drivers, kindly enable Ray Tracing and see if the results varies.
I look forward to your response!

Hi Arctic777,
May we request to gather your CapFrameX data during your gameplay session. As it will be used for further analysis.
As for the steps to collect CapFrameX data, they are as follows:
About CapFrameX
This is a third-party tool for frametime capture and analysis based on Intel's PresentMon. The overlay is provided by the Rivatuner Statistics Server (RTSS).
CapFrameX installation instructions:
- Go to https://www.capframex.com/download and download the latest version of CapframeX.
- Go to https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html and download the latest version of RTSS.
- Unzip both installers and install them.
- Launch CapFrameX, and then close it. This is how it creates the user configuration folder.
- Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.
- Paste this file to %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration.
- In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. This is to remove the preset limit on capture time.
- In the Overlay tab, uncheck "Auto-Disable OSD" and click the save icon.
Capturing the Performance Data:
- Open CapframeX and do not minimise or close it.
- Open the game and go to the part of the game where you need to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture...".
- Press F11 to start capturing data and reproducing the issue. The status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".
- Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capture. The status in the overlay will change to "Processing data.".
- Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking on any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
- To export the captured data as a JSON file, right-click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s)".
We will be waiting for your response!
Best regards,
Shawn Kevin M.

There is no Configuration folder in %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\ so I just created it and put the config file there. It won't let me attach .JSON https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VibSUr3uH742tl_ixMANDkiiY8Fq8eFO/view?usp=sharing
