New driver arifacts Arc A380.

This started to appear on the screen when i updated to gfx_win_101.6874.

Its not that annoying but it did not happen before.

Now im updated to latest driver gfx_win_101.6881, the issue is still there.

32.0.101.6793 has no issues as i remember.

For debug: this happens when game window is not focused.

1. Sparkle Arc A380 Elf.

2. DDU then clean install new version.

3. I dont get issue in the game/games or destktop separately, but when i run game in borderless window and then swich to windows explorer on top of the game it can appear randomly, its very rare and i cant repeat it constantly for debug its random.

4. Tried stock without any kind overclocking - the same.

Here a thing, i started to get this issue when i enabled smooth sync in the driver. This can be coincidence, but now im disabled smooth sync and issue gone for now, need more time to test.

Ok, i tested one day. Smooth sync is causing that screen artifacts now im sure.

Game in borderless window and anything on top of it can cause artifacts randomly when smooth sync on.

My screen is 100 hz connected through HDMI.

Please made a fix, smooth sync is a nice feature actually.

Re-seat - no. Cable is from LG that comes with monitor it should not be that cheap/bad.
The card worked/works fine for 4 month there was not any screen artifacts aside artifacts/glitches in games and then i tried to on the new feature smooth sync to see what it is and thouse artifacts appeared.

I tested another game in borderless - ratchat and clank rift apart.
It do not had stip shaped artifacts like uncharted 4, but very-very rare flickering rectangle instead.
In the game vsync should be off, in the driver smooth sync should be on.
Both games from Sony owned studios, they share some code and partially game engine from game to game.

Also i tested other games there no problems.

1. Steam UNCHARTED™: Legacy of Thieves Collection
2. I deleted game and move on, but its medium setting or something, A380 not super powerful. The key is the sync setting.
Game should run borderless and in the game vsync should be off at the same time in the intel graphics software
smooth sync should be on and also its needed to place on top of the running game other windows like browser + windows explorer or other apps
You can move windows or hover the mouse pointer over windows, for example over 'my computer' window, there some little animation inside, you can trigger animation hovering with mouse pointer. The game still runs on the background.
At this state i got that issue. If i disable smooth sync in the driver issue just dont appear. Restart of the compurer is required.
All this on windows 10 and screen refresh rate 100.

Now im playing Sunset Overdrive in borderless with smooth sync on. Zero issues.

I will look for simplier game project and straight instruction how to replicate it. I saw this in two Sony games.
Maybe there little chance it was electric noise/interference in wires or something.

Cant reinstall the game because internet provider (slowers down transfer speed after 300 gb wich is out till next month).
