[Intel Arc A380]
(Info: Windows 11 24H2, Intel Graphics Drivers 101.8132, ROG Strix X570-F Gaming, Ryzen5 3600)
Sometimes, when I open the intel Graphics Software, it shows all "0" on Metrics feed.
I checked the temperature by using HWiNFO, and it shows the temperature going up/down, so it seems like the system can read the information from the graphics card.
(I'm not running HWiNFO all the time, when this issue happened, any other monitoring software wasn't working in the background.)
This issue happened twice, and it happened when the PC woke up from sleep/hibernation.
I tried DDU and re-installed, but it happened again.
Also, End Task on Task Manager and re-run again doesn't solve the problem either.
I checked services.msc and see if Intel Graphics Software Service is running, although the Status says "Running," Metrics still show 0.0 on everything.
Any way to fix this issue?
Thanks and regards

...appreciate you breaking it all down so clearly, that makes it way easier to see what’s happening, even though other tools (like HWiNFO) still pick up temps fine, the IGS metrics service is stuck showing all zeroes.
Restart the Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) Service. Just press windows + R and type services.msc and click enter. Find Intel Graphics Command Center Service. Right-click, Restart. Then reopen IGCC and check if metrics are back. Sometimes Fast Startup messes with driver reinitialization after sleep. Go to Control Panel-Power Options-Choose what the power buttons do-Change settings. Uncheck Turn on fast startup-Save-Restart. Reinstall Intel Graphics Command Center (Microsoft Store). You’re already on 101.8132, but keep an eye for hotfix drivers (sometimes Intel drops quick ones for Arc issues). Use DDU if you try reinstalling again, but also nuke the IGCC app so both reinstall clean together. This looks like a known bug with IGCC metrics not waking correctly after sleep/hibernate

Thanks for the feedback!
Actually, I already tried restarting the Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) Service before, but it didn't solve the problem.
Also, 'Turn on fast startup-Save-Restart' is already unchecked (off) from the first place.
When this issue occurred twice before, restarting the computer fixed the problem.
Intel Graphics Software has been working fine so far, so I can't add any further comments, but if this issue happens again, I will post the comment again.
Thank you.

that sounds like a classic sleep or hibernation hiccup. GPUs still talking fine since HWiNFO picks it up, so its more like the Intel Graphics Software just blanks out after waking up. Honestly, if a full restart brings it back its probably just a bug with how the software hooks into the metrics after sleep. Nothing you’re doing wrong. Intel tends to patch these quirks in newer builds. For now, if it only happens once in a while, a quick reboot is the only real workaround. If it pops up again and gets worse, try to use DDU, then download and install the latest driver
