Hi djmrFunnyMan
Thank you for reaching out to our community. To help resolve your issue, I need some additional information. Regarding the virus scan, I'll send you an email so you can share the SSU log report, as I can't open attachments in the forum.
Please let me know:
- When did the issue start? Has it happened before?
- Are there any software and hardware changes made on the system?
- What is the make and model of your graphics card?
- What steps have you tried to fix the issue?
- Have you updated or reinstalled the game?
- Have you updated the graphics driver? If so, what version are you using?
- Did you do a clean installation of the graphics driver?
I can't access the link you provided because it requires login credentials. Could you share any insights from the game developer or discussions from the link? If possible, paste the specific report link here.
Once I have this information, we can begin investigating. Looking forward to your response.

I apologize for the oversight regarding login credentials. I have updated my original report with links that do not require login. (mojang recently moved bugtrackers and the new one is quite messy)
Though fyi you can just create a free account there at any moment, just enter an email and if it doesn't have an account assigned to it it'll redirect you to the signup page.
As for the other questions
1. The issue started with Minecraft Java update 1.21.5 (it was not caused by a driver update)
2. No
3. Sparkle B580
4. The issue could be theoretically resolved by creating a mod to disable the Mesa workaround they added. That is too complex for me to do however.
5. Yes I have updated the game. The issue appears in the newest update
6. I'm on the latest drivers (not WHQL certified)
7. Yes
To reiterate an important piece of information the issue is caused by mojang's workaround for a critical bug with Mesa 25.0 (that's what bug report MC-280482 is about)

Hi djmrFunnyMan,
I just wanted to clarify if the error message is only happening when using the launcher (PrismMC). Have you tried launching the game independently? however if I'm not mistaken this game requires launcher. If this issue is not driver-related, it might be best to check internally or consult the appropriate forum for steps to resolve this concern.

Randy T.
