Hi,
I am experiencing low frame rates in multiple games (e.g. Forza Horizon 4, Fall Guys, Control...) when my iGPU (Ryzen 5600G) is enabled. The games seem to be running on the iGPU. All screens are plugged into the Arc A750. Windows Graphics Preference is set to high power for the mentioned games. Disabling the iGPU in the bios fixes this, but I would like to use both GPUs. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello Kevin99,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are experiencing performance issues when your iGPU is enabled.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Is this issue present since day one?
- Have you tried using different driver versions?
- Record a video showing the issue you experience.
- Create a report using the following apps:
- Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU): - Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
- Intel
- Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.
