In highlights option on arc graphics control, Intense gameplay records are not specific and there's no sound in Highlights mode.Also a black screen pop up in the middle of recording. The recorded game also freezes and many lags found in record. Please fix it as soon as possible.

At least you can record. I updated to the new one and now can't record highlights

We understand that you are having issues with the Intel Arc Graphics Control such as no sounds in Highlights mode and a black screen popping up in the middle of recording. As I carefully looked into the issue, you may visit this link: (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000090100/graphics/intel-arc-dedicated-graphics-family.html), where you can find how to enable the Automatic Game Highlights in Intel® Arc™ Control.
Moreover, you can also enable Auto Game Highlights when streaming by enabling Capture Stream Highlights in the advanced settings of the Broadcast section.
