RDR2 game login error

Hello, I am an Intel ARC A750 Limited Edition user. When I try to log in to RDR2 normally on the desktop icon, I get an error ERR_GFX_STATE and the game does not open. When I log in from the Rockstar Games Launcher application, there is no problem, but when I try to log in from the desktop, I get this error.

Have you try to reboot the system or tried reinstall the driver?

@realburaaq , maybe you can try below step:

1. Go to advanced graphics settings in-game and put the renderer on DirectX12, apply settings and close the game.

2. After you closed the game go to the config file for your settings (it's in C:/Users/User/Documents/Rockstar Games/Red Dead Redemption 2/Settings and then system.xml, edit with notepad++)

3. Then find the following line called asyncComputeEnabled

4. Change the value from 'false' to 'true', then save.

5. Start up RDR2 and see if this fixed it.
