Hello NR_NaYem,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would like to get a better understanding about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. I would highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). Attach the SSU log file as you repl.
For performance issue:
1) Describe the performance issue as best as you can.
- Per example: FPS drop when entering ‘x’ or ‘y’ section.
2) Provide screenshots or describe the graphics settings used in-game.
- Per example: Ultra quality preset, video resolution, ray-tracing on, etc. etc.
3) Submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue.
- Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.
4) Please also share what gaming platform distributions are each of the games from? (e.g. Steam, Epic Games, etc.)
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
