Sons of the Forest ground texture missing

The ground texture of my friend in Sons of the Forest is missing and we don't know what to do. We've been sitting for 4 hours and have tried a lot of things like uninstalling and installing the game or trying a different start option on Steam

Hello RandyT_Intel,
Sorry for the wait, but now we can answer your previously asked questions:

 

1.No, because he just bought the game.

 

2. My friend is no longer online now, I will send him the link and tomorrow he will run the SSU. I will send you the results tomorrow.

 

3. No, he hasn't updated the game

 

4. As already mentioned, we re-install the game several times and tried different start options on Steam such as -dx12 -dx11 -d3d11. We also used different graphics settings and deleted all data from the game and switched off the cloud and re-install again. None of it worked.

 

5. No we dont try that.

 

I hope you can help him so that he doesn't waste his money.
