Hello,
I am using the Intel NUC12 Serpent Canyon (leveraging Intel Arc A770M), and the DirectX 12 game called Starbase Startopia is showing corrupted textures. Gameplay performance is fantastic, however the textures are corrupted.
Here is a screenshot and a quick YouTube video showing the problem.

Hello Loo
Thank you for sharing the report with us. Based on the report you are using the latest generic version of the driver 31.0.101.5081, I would advise you to test the latest recommended version for the NUC device which is version 31.0.101.4575 first uninstall the current driver using Display Driver Uninstaller and install the driver 31.0.101.4575.
If the issue persists, please share with us the following information as we might need to test the game from our side:
- What is the game distribution service?
- Share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings

Hi Hugo,
I have uninstalled the previous Intel Arc drivers (via the suggested Display Driver Uninstaller method) and installed the specific Intel NUC drivers ( 31.0.101.4575 ) as requested. There is no difference in the textures, they look identical as from the image pasted in the first post.
I have attached the SSU output to this post for your review.
I will answer your questions inline:
- What is the game distribution service?
The game is available via Steam. Here is the URL:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/840390/Spacebase_Startopia/
- Share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings
As requested (basically 1080p full settings):

Hello Loo
We will continue investigating this issue since it still happens after using DDU to reinstall the NUC's drivers. Once we have an update or in case we need more information from you we will post back on this thread.
