The computer freezes completely when playing War Thunder, which is not the case with other games

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

I haven't encountered this computer freezing problem in the previous driver versions, but now the latest version of the driver has this issue. Moreover, this problem only occurs in the game War Thunder, and other games such as Horizon 5, European Truck Simulator 2, and Army have no problems. Moreover, the time when this computer freezing problem occurs is not fixed. Sometimes it occurs in the first game, and sometimes it only occurs after playing several games. Moreover, the graphics card occupancy rate of medium quality 1080P is 85% when the game is in standby mode. Even when adjusted to low quality graphics card occupancy, the computer freezing state will occur. The other parameters of the computer seen by MSI Afterburner are actually normal. When the computer freezes, any operation of the mouse and keyboard will occur. None of them work, the computer is functioning normally with bright lights, The memory light is completely turned off, and the computer can only be forcibly restarted. Now I just want to know if there is any conflict or bug between the driver and the main files of the War Thunder game.

  • Is ReBAR enabled in the BIOS?
  • Have you tried using DDU and installing graphics driver version 32.0.101.6559 WHQL Certified (the latest version)?
  • Could you provide the game settings so we can attempt to replicate the issue?
  • Are you able to generate the dump/log files for the freezing issue by following the instructions here: Intel Bug Reporting Guide?
  • Where are you playing this game?

ReBAR is open,the graphics driver is the new one(yesterday updated)32.0.101.6632 WHQL Certified,The game settings are set to medium graphics quality by default,The error guide cannot be generated, the system is directly stuck,The game platform is the TXT file that was sent that day
