Arc cards are, let's face it, not really stable as they are right now, so I believe it would be nice for the users to have the option to know how stable and smooth their game is running. Right now, only MSI Afterburner offers this feature for Arc cards, but given that it doesn't support overclocking for Arc cards (which should be the point of Afterburner), I don't think a lot of people with Arc cards actually use Afterburner, meaning that they can't really have the option to know their frame times, this is why I think it would be great to have it with the Arc Control overlay
