The frequency in the game drops Again

Hello, I'm resetting my graphics card's clock speed again. I updated to driver 32.0.101.8247 today.
Everything seemed to be working, but then the same thing happened again. I already created a thread about it. I did a quick check and everything worked, but now it's happening again.
What's interesting is that the game didn't crash, but after entering the IGS overclocking settings, I got a message about "unstable settings."
Disabling overclocking during the game didn't help, so I recorded a CAPframe file. At the end of the recording, I disabled path tracing, and the frame rate was restored!

Hi Raifart,

Thank you for your continued cooperation. To assist you further, please provide a new set of CapFrameX logs with a minimum duration of 300 seconds, ensuring that no overclocking is applied and that you're using the latest graphics driver.

Additionally, please install graphics driver version 32.0.101.8132, and capture another CapFrameX log under the same conditions—at least 300 seconds and no overclocking.

Could you also confirm whether you performed a Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) cleanup before installing the latest driver version 32.0.101.8247?

To better understand your system configuration and provide accurate support, we kindly ask you to share updated Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs. These logs contain essential details about your hardware and software environment.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download and run the Intel® SSU application.
  2. The tool will generate a text file with your system information.
  3. Refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
  4. Once completed, please attach the generated file to your response.

Hello, I just now found the time, it seems to me that it is somehow difficult to deal with what you have described, but I will try, I will remind you that I have already written (created a topic) and it seemed that the problem went away with the new drivers, and now you offer me to install the old driver!?

Besides, I couldn't find the 32.0.101.8132 driver.
I've never used DDU before. Doesn't the built-in utility do the job? I don't change graphics cards!

Added an SSU report.

Hi Raifart,

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please confirm if you've already tried the latest driver version 32.0.101.8247 (WHQL Certified)? If not, please install it and share a CapFrameX log of at least 300 seconds, making sure no overclocking is applied during the test.

If the issue still happens with the latest driver, please try using driver version 32.0.101.8132 instead. Also, send us a CapFrameX log using that older driver, along with an SSU report. This will help us figure out whether the problem is related to the driver version.

Before installing either driver, we recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to clean up the previous installation. Here's a helpful guide: How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a...
