Hello,
i bought Trackmania Lagoon for Ubisoft Connect.
After downloading and installing with the UC i startet the game.
maniaplanet Launcher opens (see Pick1.jpg).
Now i klicked on "Spielen". A white Frame appears and the error Message:
"Corrupted installation. Please reinstall the game." (see pick2.jpg).
After this, the game/launcher is closed.
I have the ARC 770 Limited with Driver 31.0.101.4953
I used the DDU before installing the driver and resize bar is aktiviated in BIOS.
I seareched for a workaround and found a dxvk2.1 pack on github. With this dlls i can start the Launcher/game, but the game crashed every time after a few seconds during racing -> Freeze until Windwos message incomes and closed the game.
Do you have a solution for me? I tried several time reinstalling the game on Ubisoft Connect.
best wishes Taranius

Hello Taranius,
Thank you for your patience. After looking into this matter, we would like to recommend you check if you can try updating your graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4972, which was just been released. Install the driver after you run the DDU to eliminate all driver leftovers from the previous installation, and test the game.
We also would like to know if your issue is with Trackmania or Trackmania². This would help us in case we need to replicate your problem. It would be ideal if you could provide us with a video showing the step-by-step process of the issue.
Best regards
Jean O.

Hello Taranius,
After looking into this issue, we would like to ask if this issue happens right after launching the game or if is it also occurring randomly. This is because we have re-tested the game using our latest internal drivers and it ran correctly - no crashes. See the video of our lab here: https://youtu.be/pmIz-8tNIwY

Hi Jean,
on my Computer the game erro appears always after launching the game:
Ubplay, press Play -> Mania Planet Laucher opens, press Play-> Erro Message appears.
Only with this DDU files the game realy starts up. But then, like a wrote, the game crashes/freezes during the race countdown.

Hello Taranius,
We would like to confirm more details about what you mean by saying that with the DDU files, the game starts fine. Does it mean that the game now starts after you run the DDU software?
Best regards
