Hi so i have a issue with my intel arc with dx11 performance i know the arc is bad with dx11 but i had no idea this bad. Fortnite being such a popular game is underperformed by the arc. In dx12 its fine since the card was made for it but they should at least start adding dx11 support in popular games or could ask fortnite to make dx12 performance since performance mode is a striped down version of dx11.I hope you guys can try your best to take this into consideration i know you guys are working hard. Here is my SSU to make your job easier

Hi aarush_patney,

Thank you for posting in the communities!

We appreciate your concern about the performance issue with Fortnite running on DX11 in Intel Arc graphics.

Rest assured that we are already investigating on this issue.

I have few questions regarding to your concern.

  • May I know if Fortnite is working fine before on DX11?
  • If yes, are there any changes on your system before you encounter the issue?
  • Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?
